What services does H2O provide?
H2O provides part-time staffing and operations management services for events, festivals, trade fairs and venues. The services fall under four headings: Part-time HR Management, F&B Management, Financial Operations Management and Trade Fair & Congress Services.
How long have you been operating?
We have been working in the field since 2005, as a solution partner at Türkiye's largest open-air festivals, at indoor events, trade fairs, advertising and promotional organisations, and at sports and performance venues.
Do the services have to be taken separately?
No. Our services are not disconnected headings; they are different layers of the same operation, which is why we run them all under a single coordination.
Staffing, F&B, till and stand processes proceed through one point of contact — integrated rather than scattered.
Where do you manage the operation from?
From the field. We manage the operation from where the work is done rather than from a desk, so both the decision and the correction happen on site. Team coordination, task allocation and field follow-up are handled professionally throughout.
How is the team size decided?
The team structure is built according to the scale and intensity of the event — neither too few nor too many staff. The scope, duration and operational intensity of the project are taken into account so that the right staff are on site at the right time.
What is settled before the event day?
The team, the logistics and the legal processes are all settled before the event day. A job description, working pattern and reporting flow are defined in advance for every position, and the teams are coordinated on site throughout the operation.
What scale of organisations do you work with?
We work across a wide range, including open-air festivals, international sports organisations, corporate events, trade fairs and performance venues. Whatever the scale of the operation, we work with the same discipline.
Section 2Part-time HR Management
Which positions do you staff?
The main positions we put in the field are the service team, the bartender and barmaid team, welcome staff, guidance staff, the box office team, the till team, cloakroom staff, the financial operations team, and warehouse and stock management teams.
Who handles insurance and OHS processes?
The insurance and occupational health and safety processes of all assigned staff are managed by H2O in line with the legislation. Legal obligations are met in full, so that the business does not carry operational or legal risk in these processes.
Do you work on a project basis or a venue basis?
Both are possible. On a project basis, the human resources required for short and medium-term projects are planned and managed specifically for that project.
On a venue basis, teams are formed specifically for a given venue in line with its operation and needs; the staff's fit with the venue, working pattern and operational efficiency are monitored regularly.
Who organises staff transport, uniforms and catering?
Staff transport, uniform and catering processes are organised by H2O. Managing these logistics from a single point means no additional operational burden falls on the business, while staff motivation and efficiency improve.
Section 3F&B Management
Are bar setup and dismantling included?
They are. The setup and dismantling of bar areas are carried out to plan, in line with the physical conditions of the event area and the flow of the organisation. At the end of the event the area is handed over to the agreed standards.
Who plans the menu?
Event-specific menu planning is carried out taking into account the concept, target audience and duration of each event. The most suitable beverage menu is built with product variety, service speed and consumption balance in mind.
Who is responsible for product and consumables supply?
All products and consumables required for the bar operation are supplied in line with the event plan. Stock continuity and correct product use are observed to prevent disruptions during the operation.
How is the bar handed over after the event?
Product counts are carried out meticulously before and after the event. The bar area and equipment are recorded and reported in line with the agreed handover criteria, giving the operation a transparent, traceable and controlled structure.
Section 4Financial Operations Management
How are till processes managed?
Till opening and closing processes are planned and applied in line with defined procedures. All till movements, payment methods and collection transactions during the day are monitored regularly.
Throughout the operation, till security, transaction accuracy and record integrity are paramount; processes are kept under control to prevent possible errors and losses.
Which reports do I receive at the end of the operation?
Income and expense reporting is provided, along with cost and stock count reporting. At the end of the operation, income-expense, stock and cost reports are shared openly.
How is stocktaking carried out?
Stock movements in and out are tracked at defined intervals; physical counts are compared against the records and reported. Any discrepancies are identified, the necessary actions are taken, and resource use is made more efficient.
Section 5Trade Fair & Congress Services
Do you also handle stand design?
Yes. The stand design process is planned in line with the concept of the organisation and the brand identity. Functional and eye-catching designs are produced with space use, visitor flow and visual coherence in mind.
How does the installation and dismantling schedule work?
Installation, layout and dismantling stages are carried out according to the agreed schedule, and the organisation area is handed over on time and in full. The process is planned to suit the technical conditions of the organisation area.
Who runs the welcome and accreditation processes?
The selection and coordination of the staff working in these processes is handled by H2O. Participant guidance, registration and information steps are carried out in an orderly and controlled manner, so event entry proceeds quickly.
How is stand personnel planned?
Personnel working in stand operations are planned according to the needs of the organisation and the way the brand is represented. Job descriptions, working hours and field layout are defined in advance and monitored throughout the operation.
